About Us
On Track Pediatric Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve children and families throughout Missouri and Kansas. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available!
On Track Pediatric Therapy is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice based in Eureka, MO. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, ABA therapy, and counseling services for children from birth through 18 years old. In addition to our main clinic, we partner with trusted pediatric offices and community locations to provide high-quality therapy services in convenient settings for families.

Position Overview
This role is ideal for a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who values providing meaningful services in a supportive, collaborative environment. SLPs will have the opportunity to build relationships with children, families, and community partners while providing evidence-based therapy.
Responsibilities
- Produce positive outcomes for children and families
- Complete pediatric speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy services
- Collaborate with caregivers, clinic partners, and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide caregiver education and home strategies to support carryover
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license in Missouri and/or Kansas (depending on location)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
